Judith E. Murphy of Seattle-Everett, WA, originally from Medford, passed away after a lengthy illness on March 28, 2024. Judy was the cherished daughter of Vincent J. and the late Marjorie K. Murphy of Woburn and Medford; the loving sister of Charles and Luanne Murphy of Sudbury; the late James V. Murphy; Eric and Jess Murphy of Amherst; and Carol Ann Murphy and partner Mike Muniz of Gloucester. Dear aunt of Jana Mei Murphy of Amherst; niece of the late James A. Murphy and Godchild of the late Eleanore Casey; cousin of Caseys of Medford and Schlichtes of Gloucester. Judy was a kitty mom to Princess for nearly 20 years.
Judith lived an adventurous life, filled with enormous challenges that she met with resilience, grit and audaciousness, and finally self-acceptance.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St Raphael Church, 512 High Street, West Medford on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private at a later date.
