Lorene Harper Hall, 77, of Tifton passed away Tuesday. March 18, 2003, at Beverly Health Care in Tifton. Her funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2003, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Freddie Thomas officiating. Ms. Hall was laid to rest at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Tifton.
Ms. Hall's nephews served as pallbearers.
Born February 14, 1926, in Monroe County, Ms. Hall was the daughter of the late Lynn Harper and Virginia Henderson Harper. She retired from Avondale Mills; and she was of the Baptist faith.
Ms. Hall is survived by one daughter, Brenda Moorman of Omega; one brother, Jimmy Harper of Tifton; and two granddaughters, Felicia Moorman and Sonya Moorman.
