Baby Jack, beloved infant, was born into this world on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana, PA and is now living in heaven surrounded by love.
Baby Jack will forever live in the hearts of parents, Kelsey Marie Jack of Clymer, PA and David C. Coblentz of Rossiter, PA, as well as siblings: Zara; Issacc and Martin of Punxsutawney, PA.
A precious soul, Baby Jack will be always cherished by maternal grandparents: Sheila Marling and husband Cliff Douglas of Clymer, PA and Luke Jack and wife Loretta Conti of Indiana, PA and paternal grandparents, David and Ella Coblentz of Rossiter, PA and all of the extended family members.
