Mary Conway Hall, 78, of Tifton passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2003, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service was held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2003, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Edward Mimbs and the Rev. Pat Hale officiating. Mrs. Hall was laid to rest at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Tifton.
Davis Allison, Glenn Faulk, Christian Matheiu, Tal Walker, Dustin Hall, Marcus Aparicio, Jim Hall and Mitchell Hall served as pallbearers.
Born June 20, 1925, in Bartow County, Mrs. Hall was the daughter of the late George t. Conway and Hester Honeycutt Conway. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jim Freeman Hall; one son, Jimmy Hall; one daughter, Judy Hall; two brothers; and one sister. She was a retired nurse; and she was of the Pentecostal faith. She had lived most of her life in Tift County and Berrien County.
Mrs. Hall is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Joey and Diann Hall of Brookfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Dorothy Conway of Vanceville; one sister, Ada Ashmore of Tifton; nine grandchildren, Jessica Hall Faulk, Beth Cochran, Tabatha Peshel, Tal Walker, Dustin Hall, Jim Hall, Mitchell Hall, Danielle Allison and Christian Mathieu; and six great-grandchildren.
