Robert Carlton Hall, 62, of Enigma passed away Sunday, November 30, 2003, at his residence. His funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2003, at Enigma Congregational Christian Church with the Rev. Martin Wilson officiating. Mr. Hall was laid to rest at Enigma City Cemetery.
Don Childs, David Harris, Donald Straley, Wayne Clements, Richard Burr, Robert Golden and Billy Williams served as pallbearers.
Born September 9, 1941, in Tift County, Mr. Hall was the son of the late Grover Bishop Hall, who passed away in 1980 and Ethel Godbolt Hall, who passed away in 1997. Before retiring, he was a maintenance engineer at Table Pride (Flowers Bakery) and formerly owned R&E Auction Company in Enigma. He was a member of Enigma Congregational Chrisian Church.
Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Edna Elias Hall of Enigma; three sons, Robert Steven Hall of Monroe, Russel Wade Hall of Buford and Donald Straley of Atlanta; three daughters, Carlene Pass of Cumming and Christina Childs and Kimberly Harris, both of Senoia; two sisters, Joann Delbridge and Elizabeth Burr, both of Tifton; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
