Kathryn Feagley Gamache, 55, of 104 Ridgewood Dr., Gilmanton died Wednesday, August 21, 2002 in the New England Medical Center, Boston MA. She was born in Exeter NH on May 15, 1947, the daughter of Walter and Laura (Rowe) Feagley.
Following her graduation from the former Marlborough High School, she attended the Lakes Region General Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1968. She has resided in Gilmanton for the past 15 years.
Mrs. Gamache was employed as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Hampshire, Department of Health & Human Services in the capacity of Medicaid Administrator.
Her family writes: “Kathryn’s capacity to love was exceeded only by how much she was loved. She leaves us with a tremendous void but she will always be with us and there to guide us.”
Family members include her husband, Peter G. Gamache of Gilmanton; her mother Laura Feagley of Keene; two sons, Christopher J. Gamache of Gilmanton and Brian J. Gamache of Alton; two grandchildren, Sandor J. Gamache and Katiana M. Gamache, both of Gilmanton; two brothers, Thomas Feagley of Malden MA and Michael Feagley of Lake Forest IL; nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held in the Simoneau & Lambert Funeral Home, 139 Church St., Laconia on Sunday from 2 to 5 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 30 Church St., Laconia on Monday at 10 AM. Rev, Gary Kosmowski, Pastor was the celebrant. Burial followed in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Tufts-New England Medical Center, 750 Washington St.#231, Boston MA 02111 with a notation :Transplant Unit. Timothy C. Molan and David L. Furber were the funeral directors.
