Mary Sweat Darden, 85, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Saturday, October 25, 2003, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Darden was taken to Jacksonville, Florida, where she was laid to rest on October 29, 2003, at Jacksonville Memory Gardens in Orange Park, Florida.
Born June 25, 1918, in Duval County, Florida, Mrs. Darden was the daughter of the late Henry J. Sweat and Maude Phillips Sweat. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Darden. She was a homemaker.
Among her survivors is her daughter, Joyce Mardant of Jacksonville, Florida.
