Kimberly T. Cummings, 45

Kimberly T. (Cummings) Rochefort, age 45, of Ypsilanti, Michigan, formerly of Norton,
passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 17, 2024 in Bloomington, Indiana.
Born in Fall River, MA on December 24, 1978, she was a loving daughter of Joseph F. Cummings, Sr., of Norton and the
late Margaret R. “Peggy” (Holton) Cummings, who recently died on October 18, 2023.
Kim grew up in Norton and was a 1996 graduate of High School, where she played volleyball and was a member of the cheerleading squad. She continued her education, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She worked throughout the country as a Registered Nurse.
Kim’s family, whom she loved dearly, always came first. She treasured the times spent with her children and her hobbies included reading, hiking, journalizing, time spent at the beach and will always be remembered for her fashionable nature.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her devoted children: Damon, Kai and Ryann.
She was the dear sister of Kristin M. Hall of Buffalo New York and Joseph F. Cummings, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Beverly. She was the loving aunt of
Abby, Logan, Autumn, Jillian and Veronica.
A private Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, March 25th in Saint Mary’s Church in Norton. Burial followed at the Newland Cemetery in Norton. Visiting hours were omitted.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp Street, Norton.
