Mary Jane Teal Stephens, 62, of Ocilla passed away Friday, November 26, 2004, at her daughter's residence in Tifton. Her funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2004, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Omar Hancock officiating. Mrs. Stephens was laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Jimmy Quinn, Scott teal, Chris Russo, Frankie Russo, Kayle Farmer and Jimmy Holloway served as pallbearers.
Born October 25, 1942, in Thomas County, Mrs. Stephens was the daughter of the late Charlie Teal and Sally Lindsey Teal. She was also preceded in death by one son, Steve Strickland; and one brother, Zane Teal. She was a homemaker; and she was a member of Fourth Street Baptist Church in Tifton.
Mrs. Stephens is survived by her husband, Randall Stephens of Ocilla; two sons, Allen Cooper Price and Charles Tyme, both of Ocilla; one daughter, Cindy Willis of Tifton; two brothers, Ted Teal of Fitzgerald and Max Teal of Columbus; and one grandson, Joshua A. Willis.
