Christine M. Barchard, 73, of Lyndeborough, NH, passed away Tuesday March 12, 2024 at her lake home in Greenfield, NH surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 24, 1950 in Boston, MA, a daughter of Rose (Garrasi) Patturelli and the late Ernest Patturelli. She had been a resident of Lyndeborough for the past 18 years, formerly living in Litchfield, NH. Christine had worked at Purity Supreme in Nashua which is now Hannaford. Her hobbies included traveling, motorcycle riding, crocheting and gardening. She had a love for dogs, particularly German Shepherds, and she always had at least one by her side. She was fortunate enough to travel across the country twice with her husband, Harold, in their camper. Recently, she had settled into her lake home in Greenfield, enjoying the summer sunsets. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother Rose of Everett, MA; she is survived by her husband, Harold Barchard, Jr. of Lyndeborough; two daughters, Linda Boulanger and her husband Craig of Derry, NH, and Kristen Leahy and her husband John of Pelham, NH; her son, Mark Barchard and his wife Melissa of Brookline, NH; her grandchildren, Crystal Boulanger, Michael Boulanger, Aryana Thompson, Shaylyn Bourbeau, John Leahy III, Kaylee Barchard, and Anthony Barchard; her great grandchildren, Avah and Davina Thompson, Sutton and Korah Bourbeau, and Ryder Leahy; her siblings, Roseanna Joe, Angela Fickett, Marianne Patturelli; Ernest Patturelli Jr., Vincent Patturelli, and Richard Patturelli; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 17th from 1 - 3pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
