Lorraine Marie (LaPlante) Waters of Jamaica Plain, passed away suddenly on February 28, 2024, at the age of 64. Beloved wife of Mark Waters of Walpole. Devoted mother of Ashley Waters and her partner Joseph Baroody of Jamaica Plain. Daughter of the late Norma and Roger LaPlante. Dear sister of the late Joanne Martinos. Sister-In-Law to Gerald and his wife, Janice, Kevin and his wife, Christine, David, Michael and his wife, Michelle, the late Donald and his wife, Marilyn, and the late Denise. Loving aunt of Michelle, Jennifer, Courtney, Kathryn “Katie”, Lauren, Maggie, and Matthew. Lorraine loved all plants, flowers, and animals of all kinds.
Visiting Hours in the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., West Roxbury on, Wednesday, March 6th from 9:00am to 11:00am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa of Avila Church, 2078 Centre St., West Roxbury at 11:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery.
