Obituary

Ronald "Curtis" Lynch, 63, of Tifton passed away Monday, May 24, 2004, at his residence. His funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 27, 2004, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Mickie Lindsey officiating. Mr. Lynch was laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens.

Charles Monk, Wyman Temples, Steve Henderson, Tom Keigans, Freddie Temples and Jimmy Temples served as pallbearers.

Born April 13, 1941, in Berrien County, Mr. Lynch was the son of the late John Lynch and Nancy Cumbus Lynch. He was also preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. Before retiring, he was a dairyman at the Geogia Coastal Plains Experiment Station for 40 years.

Mr. Lynch is survived by his wife, Dorothia Jackie Temples Lynch of Tifton; one son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Darrell and Valerie Lynch of Tifton; one daughter, Sharon Richardson of Wisconsin; two brothers, Clayton Lynch of Leesburg, Florida and Johnny Lynch of Adel; one sister, Ethel Thomas of Nashville; and four grandchildren, Bruce Richardson, Medea Richardson, Kurt Lynch and Nicole Lynch.
