Rita I. Lavallee 74 of 9 Parkis Place, Providence died Saturday at RI Hospital. Miss Lavallee was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Albert and Ovida (Boucher) Lavallee. JShe had resided in Providence for the past thirty two years. Miss Lavallee was a Jewelry maker for Parisi Tool and Die in Providence for twenty two years before retiring in 1997.
Miss Lavallee is survived by a brother Donald Lavallee of Philadelphia, PA and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late George and Paul Lavallee, Giselle Nelson and Leona Autote.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 am from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket with a service in the funeral home at 10:00 am. Burial will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham.
