MEREDITH ---- Vera L. Pierce, 95, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Forestview Manor in Meredith.
Vera was born on July 20, 1928, in Danbury, NH, the daughter of Dorothy Morse.
She worked as a telephone operator for New England Telephone for many years. She had a great love for all animals.
Vera is survived by many nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and many great-nephews. In addition to her mother, Vera is predeceased by her sister Katie Sallies, her brother Lurlyn Fowler, uncles Andrew Fowler and Edwin Fowler, and nephew Scott Sallies.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 10:00am, at Union Cemetery in Laconia.
