James Arthur Jones (73) of Brockton died February 5, 2024 at home unexpectedly.
He was born in Salisbury, Maryland; son of the late A. Donald Jones and survived by Bessie M. Jones. James was a great chef and enjoyed singing, dancing, cooking, playing the guitar and socializing with family and friends.
James is survived by his son James Arthur Jones Jr. of Maryland and 3 daughters; Michele Brown of Georgia, Taneya E. Jones of Raynham and Jamyleah M. Jones of Roxbury. He has many brothers, sisters and extended family, 7 grandchildren; Arianna, Troy Jr., Genicia, DeAron, Jayce, Tayshawn and 4 great grandchildren, Troy III, Charlie, Tahiri and Mulan.
Following Cremation, Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
