Scott A. Hardy, age 43, passed away on January 17, 2024 at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer. He was born on September 28, 1980 in Springfield. He is survived by his brother Dale Hardy and his wife Kimberly of Springfield; he also leaves his nieces and nephews, Heather, Danny, Pamela, Abigail, Tyler, Parker and Spencer. Scott also leaves behind his longtime girlfriend Patricia Cruz and her three beautiful daughters, Shanty, Angelis and Caroline whom he loved as his own. He was excited about his new role as grandpa. Scott was predeceased by his mother Ellan Marie Hardy who we are sure is happy to have her baby. Scotty “Scott Rock” was a dog whisperer to his little love Ivy, his best furry friends. Scotty liked to make people laugh and was quick with a hug if needed. He loved car rides, tag sales, flea markets or anywhere you could find a good deal. He would tinker and Sauder as hobbies. He loved to cook and spoil his girls. Scotty will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
