William Cloud Bailey, 71, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away Friday, June 25, 2004, at his residence. A graveside funeral service was held for Mr. Bailey at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 28, 2004, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where he was laid to rest. the Rev. John S. Gibbs, Sr. officiated.
Born July 18, 1932, in Dublin, Mr. Bailey was the son of the late h. W. Bailey and Morgie Elizabeth Cloud Bailey. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Bailey. Before retiring, he was an engineer with the Georgia Department of Transportation; and he was of the Methodist faith. He was a veteran of the United States navy and served during the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Bailey is survived by one son; and three grandchildren.
