Jayne Marchant Brown, 65, of Albany passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2004, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Her funeral service was held at 121:00 a.m. Friday, July 9, 2004, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Mike Myers officiating. Ms. Brown was laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Ms. Brown's cousins served as pallbearers.
Born September 6, 1928, in Tift County, Ms. Brown was the daughter of the late W. J. Marchant and Ethelle Sumner Marchant. She was a homemaker; and she was a member of Omega Methodist Church.
Ms. Brown is survived by two daughters, Jill McCrary of Albany and Andrea Olmer of Macon; and three grandchildren, Katherine Limer, Skyler McCrary and Suzanne McCrary.
