William Franklin Branch, 55, of Enigma passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2004, at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. His funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 26, 2004, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Brad Bentley officiating. Mr. Branch was laid to rest at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Tifton.

Born April 7, 1949, in Tift County, Mr. Branch was the son of Louise Priest Branch of Tifton and the late Hoke Branch. He was employed at Shaw Industries in Tifton; and he was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Branch is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, David and Charlotte Branch of Enigma; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn and Gene Wisham and Linda and John Bentley, all of Moultrie; and one granddaughter, Chelsea Pitzer.
