FALL RIVER… Jessica R. Fernandes, age 34, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, January 13, 2024.
The daughter of Kimberly Fernandes and George Hancock, Jr. of Fall River,Jessica was a lifelong resident of the city.
Jessica had a kind and creative spirit. She loved to write and enjoyed art, especially drawing and coloring for relaxation. Most of all, she loved time spent her with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was survived by: her one and only beloved son, Ayden of Fall River; sister, Jocelyn Fernandes and her daughters Kylie and Kayda of Fall River, brothers; Adam Fernandes and his son Adam Jr of Taunton, George and Austin Hancock of Fall River, Matthew Abrentes of Fall River, grandmother, Beverly Fernandes and godmother, Kristin Fernandes of Fall River,; Aunt Karen and Uncle Billy Fernandes, of Fall River, many cousins; and several other nieces and nephews.
