Kristen I. LaBelle of Quincy, formerly of Dorchester, Brookline, Newton, and Townsend passed away peacefully with her children by her side on January 4, 2024.
In the early part of her life, Kris (Peterson) LaBelle grew up in Franklin Pennsylvania before moving to Amityville, New York where she went to High School. Upon graduation from Amityville High School she attended Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania where she majored in sociology. Kristen received her Masters Degree in Social work from Boston University. She had a long 40-year career as a therapist working for several social service agencies around Boston.
Kristen was predeceased by her parents Bertil A. Peterson and Lucille J. Peterson of New York, survived by her son Bret LaBelle of Dedham, Massachusetts, daughter Rebecca Geragonis of Oxford Massachusetts, her brother Bert Peterson of New York, her grandson Nicholas Geragonis of Worcester, Massachusetts, and granddaughters Jacqueline and Isabella Geragonis of Oxford, Massachusetts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the funeral home on Thursday, January 11th at 10:00 A.M followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa of Avila Church, 2078 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Massachusetts at 11:00 A.M.
