Pablo Otero, age 69, passed away on December 24, 2023. He was born on August 17, 1954 in Toabaja, Puerto Rico, a son of the late Fautino and Susana (Nieves) Otero. Pablo is survived by his wife Maria Virginia (Santana) Otero of Springfield; one son, Steven Otero Santana and his partner Christian Chounn of East Granby, CT; one daughter Jacqueline Otero Santana of Springfield; two brothers, Carmelo Otero of Puerto Rico and Rafael Otero of Pennsylvania; five sisters, Teresa Otero of Texas, Iris Nereida Otero of Puerto Rico, Rosa Marie Otera of Maryland, Maria Anita Otero of Florida and Carmen Luz Otero of Puerto Rico. He also leaves four grandchildren, Araselie, Jandiel, Jaaliyah and Roman. He is predeceased by his daughter Yazmine Otero Santana and four brothers, Angel, Luis, William and Jose Otero. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee.
