Joy Nicholas, 73, of Manchester died on November 25, 2023, at Catholic Medical Center after a period of failing health. Joy was born July 6, 1950, to William and Helen (Moody) Nicholas. Joy was a lifelong resident of Manchester, NH.
Joy graduated from Immaculata High School in 1968 and from New Hampshire College in 1983 where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and then worked as a Developmental Specialist for the Moore Center until years later when she became ill with long term disabilities.
Joy enjoyed living life to the fullest and had a passion for playing the piano. She was a member of the National Guild of Piano Teachers. She enjoyed playing and teaching people how to play the piano. She is survived by two sons, Nicholas Harkeem, and Michael Harkeem, both of Manchester.
