BUXTON- Clayton B. Walsh, age 89, passed away on Dec. 1, 2023, at Southern Maine Healthcare in Biddeford.
He was born on April 15, 1934, a son of the late Thomas and Lillian Walsh.
Over Clayton’s working years, he was employed at Rogers Fibre, Silvex, and the Reece Corp.
He will always be remembered as a hard-working man that worked several jobs at once to support his family. He enjoyed horse racing, hunting, and dancing. Clayton served his community by being a volunteer firefighter in Bar Mills.
He is predeceased by his beloved wife- Ella Walsh; four children- Ricky, Tommy, Dougy and Dwight; and all of his siblings.
Clayton is survived by his children- Debra Baldwin, Tim Walsh and his wife Debbie, and Vicky Lewis; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; special nieces- Pat Morset and Mary Lou Haines; and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday Dec. 7th at 2 PM at South Buxton Cemetery in the Woodman Section on Woodman Road.
