Joseph M. Broady, 58, of Federal Street, Providence, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 24, 2023 as a result of being hit by a car. He was the son of Joseph M. Broady of Johnston and the late Loretta M. (D’Agostino) Broady.
Born in Providence, Joe had lived most recently in Providence. He previously lived in Johnston. He was a Graduate of Rhode Island College.
Joe had worked for Audio Visual Services. He was the former owner of several nightclubs in Providence.
Besides his father, he is survived by his sister Jacquelyn Zolkos and her husband, Norman P. Zolkos, of Johnston. He was the loving uncle of Zachary and Jania Zolkos
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, December 1st at 11:00 am in St. Joseph Church, 144 Danielson Pike, Scituate. Visitation will be Friday morning from 9:30-10:30 am in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.
