Obituary

Worcester_ Bradford L. Hylton, 70, of Worcester died in his home, surrounded by family on Thursday, November 23, 2023. He is survived by his wife Wendy (Martin) Hylton and his beloved dog Daisy Mae; children, Brad Hogan and his wife Tracy, Kim Mills and her husband Steve, all of Worcester, Kelly Ripley and her husband Robert of Effingham, NH and Kara Adams of Richmond, VA; siblings, Steven Hylton and his wife Maria of Conway, SC, Mark Hylton and his wife Cyndi of Maiden NC, Lynne Townsend and her husband David of Derry NH, Beth Flanagan and her husband Kevin of South Berwick, ME and Michele Stenman and her husband Eric of Worcester. He also leaves many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews as well as cousins, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by his mother Patricia (Premo) O’Brien; father, Posey Hylton and brother John Hylton.
Mr. Hylton was educated in Worcester Schools. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving with the Seabees during the Vietnam War. He worked for over twenty years with the Worcester Department of Public Works- Street Department retiring in 2021. A Worcester native, Brad loved his city. As a member of a large family, he enjoyed the many large family gatherings.
Calling hours will be Saturday, December 2, 2023, in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St on December 2, 2023 form 1:00 pm to 2:45pm. A service of remembrance will follow starting at 2:45 pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VNA Hospice, 67 Millbrook St,. 500 North, Worcester, MA 01606
