Marilyn A. Riendeau, 87, of Londonderry, NH, passed away Thursday November 23, 2023, in the Hackett Hill Nursing Home, Manchester, NH. She was born on January 15, 1936 in Pawtucket, RI, a daughter of the late Elmer and Alfreda (Ballou) Boyd. Marilyn owned and operated Marilyn’s Restaurant until her retirement to FL. She later moved back up to NH to live with her daughter Susan in Londonderry. Marilyn enjoyed water aerobics. She loved going to the beach and traveling and shuffle-board.
She is survived by one daughter, Susan Desmond of Londonderry, two sons, Robert Riendeau of Sweden and Richard Riendeau of Cumberland, RI; nine grandchildren, Marc Landry, Eric Landry, Kevin Riendeau, Christopher Riendeau, Jeffrey Riendeau, Rebecka Riendeau, Jakob Riendeau, Lauren Reindeau, and Nicole Jenkins; seven great-grandchildren, Cole Landry, Kyle Landry, Devin Hirsch, Daphne Hirsch, Bobby Hirsch, Alana Riendeau, and Emily Jenkins. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Eugene Riendeau, one grandson, Joseph Riendeau, and her brother, Robert Boyd.
Following cremation, memorial services will be held on Wednesday December 6, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Friends and family are welcome to gather at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 am prior to the service.
