Lee Goldberg, 98, of Peabody and formerly of Chelsea, died peacefully on November 18. Lee was the beloved wife of the late Julius Goldberg and loving daughter of Nathan and Ida Zaslafsky. She was devoted mother of Sherilyn Bisson and her husband John and Frank H. Goldberg and his wife Vicky. She was the dear sister of the late Dr. Jacob Zalvan, the late William Zalvan, the late Ruth Bunshaft, the late Israel Zalatfsky, the late Selma Gelin, and the late David Zalafsky. Lee was the loving grandmother of Meridith, Juliana, Eric, Jill, and Adam as well as 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Lee will be on Thursday, November 30, 10 AM, at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., Chelsea. Interment in Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA.
