Obituary



William A. Burnap, age 84, of North Easton, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023, in St. Petersburg, FL. He was the husband of Sandra A. (Cantwel) Burnap. They were married for 63 years.

Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Ralph and Jean (Mielke) Burnap William graduated from West Bridgewater High School and then served his country proudly in the United States Air Force for four years. After his honorable discharge, he graduated from East Coast Aeronautical School.

He worked for Eastern Airlines for twenty-five years and retired from Delta Airlines. William enjoyed traveling all over the United States and abroad and was an avid book reader.

Mr. Burnap lived in Easton for fifty-six years and spent his winters in St. Petersburg, FL. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Easton.

Besides his wife, he leaves his daughters, Kim Fallon of New Jersey, and Karen Graney of California; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Madison, and Chloe Fallon of New Jersey, and Ethan and Benjamin Graney of Quincy.

William’s committal service and interment with military honors will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at 11:00 am, in the Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
