Eleanor M. Lombardo, 86, of Londonderry, NH, died Saturday November 18, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 8, 1937 in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Warren and Esther (Haskins) Dutton.
Ellie will always be remembered for her great sense of humor. She enjoyed her many road trips, reading, crossword puzzles, going to the beach and visiting casinos. She was employed as an executive secretary at Harvey Industries for many years, until her retirement in 2010.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Lombardo and Patti of Londonderry; three daughters, Martha Lombardo of Londonderry, Marjorie (Margie) Vecchione and her husband Ken of Londonderry, and Maria Aucoin and her husband Steve of Port St. Lucie, FL; three grandchildren, Keith Vecchione and Jessica of Deerfield, NH, Colleen Vecchione of Brooklyn, NY, and Michelle Vecchione of Londonderry, two great-grandchildren, Owen and Lucas Vecchione of Deerfield, NH, one brother, James Dutton of Fryeburg, ME, and one sister, Mary Esther Dutton of Fremont, NH. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and her beloved cat Peeka. She predeceased by her former husband, Robert Lombardo, two brothers Warren (Chipper) Dutton and John Dutton, and sister Margie Seckendorf.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023 from 1 – 3:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm in the funeral home with cremation to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
