Mr. Eleftherios Eleftherakis, 93, of Malden passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, peacefully at his home in Malden. Born in Myrina Limnos, Greece, he immigrated to Cambridge in 1965 before settling in Somerville in 1971 and has been an area resident for the last 50 years. Mr. Eleftherakis worked as a mechanic at J and K Gulf in Somerville before working at Hewlett Packard Co. until his retirement. He enjoyed watching Soccer, Boston Bruins and Patriots. The widower of Theano (Prokopidis) Eleftherakis, he is survived by two sons: George Eleftherakis and his wife Hariklia of Malden, Philip Eleftherakis of Somerville. One sister Elizabeth and her husband Costa Hatzis of Somerville. There are four grandchildren: Eleftherios, Theano, Alexander, and Gabriel.
