Frances L. (Agard) Herron, A longtime resident of Andover, passed away at Lawrence General Hospital on Thursday evening. November. 9, 2023 She was 95 years old.
Born in Elmwood. Ct., she was the younger daughter of Paul A. Agard and Grace (Pascoe) Agard. She attended Manchester high school in Manchester, Ct. and graduated from New England School Of Art in Boston, Mass. Frances was employed for many years by Smith & Nephew Endoscopy of Andover.
Frances is survived by her daughters; Linda J. and her husband Robert Hugo, Sally L. Gagne, Beth D. Nault and Megan C. Herron, son-in-law; George W. Duke, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Pauline L. Duke, mother-in-law of the late Victor Gagne and David Nault and sister of the late Lucille I. and her husband Robert Bugel.
