Marilyn J. (Crowell) Stevens, age 88, recently of Mansfield, formerly of Norwood, passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
Born in Dedham, MA on May 22, 1935, she was a loving daughter of the late Herbert and Hazel (Hunt) Crowell.
Marilyn grew up and was educated in Readville and Hyde Park. She was a dedicated homemaker, whose family, friends and pet parrot were the focal point of her life. She will always be remembered for her organization skills and the pleasure she received being at home and the meticulous way she kept things clean.
She is survived by her devoted and caring son Scott G. Steven of Mansfield. She was pre-deceased by her loving longtime companion Silvio DiCarlo, as well as her siblings.
Services and burial will be private and visiting hours are omitted.
