Stacey Lynn Lott, 28, of Tifton passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2005, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Her funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2005, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Ms. Lott was laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Jason Cook, Sammy Morgan, Tracy Cain, Keith McBrayer, Reggis Charles Lott, Jr. and Steve McBrayer served as pallbearers.
Born November 4, 1976, in Meridian, Mississippi, Ms. Lott was the daughter of Reggie Lott, Sr. and Rebecca Lynn Shepard Lott of Tifton. She was employed at Tampa International Airport in Tampa, Florida; and she was a member of Dry Creek Baptist Church. Stacey was a graduate of Fayette County High School in Fayetteville and attended Gordon College in Griffin. She loved children. Stacey was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Russell Shepard.
In addition to her parents, Stacey is survived by one step-brother, Reggie Lott, Jr. of Tifton; one step-sister, Geni Cook of Tifton; one niece, Courtney Cook of Tifton; two nephews, Joshua Cook and Charlie Cook, both of Tifton; her maternal grandmother, Gladys Shepard of Preston, Mississippi; her paternal grandmother, Eugenia Lott of Tifton; and her aunts and uncles and their spouses, Nancy and Rich McBrayer of West Point, Mississippi, Barbara and Jimmy Wilkins and Brenda and Sam Morgan, all of Jackson, Mississippi and Neal and Gail Lott and Rocky and Judy Dale Lott, all of Tifton.
