EAST BALDWIN- Donald E. Collomy (70) passed away on October 27, 2023, after a brief illness.
Donald was born January 13, 1954, in Parsonsfield to Sidney and Helen Collomy. He graduated from Sacopee Valle High School and attended SMVTI specializing in mechanics.
Donald married Rhonda Black and spent 37 years creating memories with their four children.
Donald retired from Blue Rock Industries after 34 years and moved in to L.E. Taylor & Sons as a heavy equipment mechanic until his official retirement in 2015.
Donald was an avid outdoorsman and spent many days enjoying the outdoors. Whether he was hunting, fishing or just riding around. He loved spending time with his family and dogs. He enjoyed playing cards, especially pinochle, and working on old cars.
Donald is predeceased by his parents, his son Trevor and brothers Raymond and William.
Donald is survived by his wife Rhonda, daughter Christina, son David and his wife Teresa, son Travis and grandchildren Keith, Jessica and Brittany. Siblings Janet, Mike & Patty, John & Judy, Gloria, Cathy & John, Lorraine, Blanche and a large extended family.
Donald will be missed greatly by all that knew him.
