MIDDLEBORO - Joyce (Gardner) Holbrook, a 7 year resident of Middleboro, died at her home on June 25 after a long illness.
Born in Newport, Vt, she was raised in Plymouth.
She lived in Bridgewater for many years & Raynham before moving to Middleboro.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, bingo & trips to Foxwoods.
She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur P. Holbrook. Mother of Gayle Quindley of Middleboro, Arthur Holbrook of Uxbridge, & the late Thelma Young. Sister of Junior Gardner of Middleboro, Robert of Brockton & Mark. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, & 7 great great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday in the Wales-Prophett Funeral home 35 Spring St. East Bridgewater, at 10 am. Burial will be in Mt. Prospect Cemetery in Bridgewater.
Visiting hours are on Wednesday from 5-8 pm.
