Evelyn L. (Paradiso) Valenti, of Medford, passed away on Monday, September 11th. She was 89. Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Theresa (Razzaboni) Paradiso. Evelyn was a devoted parishioner and enjoyed partaking in Mass. She also enjoyed sitting on the beach, visiting the casinos, playing bingo, and spending time with her friends.
Evelyn was the devoted mother of Louis Valenti and Pam, Robert Valenti and his wife Sosie, and Ralph Valenti and his wife Linda. She was the loving grandma of Christina Anderson and her husband Eddie, Michael, Theresa, James, Matthew, Andrew, Sam, Arman and Stephen Valenti. Evelyn was the loving great grandma of Alexander. She was the caring aunt of Alyson and Renee, and the dear sister of the late Ralph Paradiso.
Evelyn’s funeral will be held at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Saturday, September 16th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday, September, 15th from 4 to 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
