Mrs. Dorothy T. (Anderson) Keith, 92, of Lowell, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Lowell General Hospital. She grew up on a farm in Carlisle, Mass until her 17th birthday when she moved to Lowell, Ma where she raised her family. Dorothy worked at Andover Medical for many years as an assembler. She retired from Lowell General Hospital where she worked as a housekeeper. Dorothy enjoyed shopping, decorating, dancing and country music. She was a lover of all animals, especially her dog Rusty. She had a smile that would light up a room. She was a member of the Central Congregational Church, in Chelmsford, Mass. Dorothy gave to many charities, most importantly the MSPCA, Arthritis Foundation, and the American Diabetes Association. The daughter of the late Anfin and Emma (Plummer) Anderson. She is survived by one sister, June Wetherbee, of Londonderry, NH. A daughter: Leslie and her husband Daniel Zabawa of Lowell, three grandchildren: Christopher Roy and his wife Sara, Eric Martinac , Travis Keith and his companion Sakhan Wanda. She had three great-grandchildren: Jeremiah Keith, Benjamin Keith, Jacob Roy and many nieces and nephews. A cousin- and dear friend, Linda Ianucci. She was also pre-deceased by two daughters: Valerie Keith and Cheryl Roy. A sister Norma Cox-Braley, and brother Richard Anderson. In lieu of flowers please donate to the MSPCA
Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home, 1400 Broadway Rd., Dracut.
