Pamela J. Buchonis-LeBaron, 51, of Derry, NH died Friday, June 16, 2006 at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. She was born in Bristol, CT on April 26, 1955, a daughter of Robert and Barbara (Stone) Chartier of Keene, NH. Pamela spent her early years in Connecticut before moving to Keene, where she graduated from Keene High School. She enlisted in the US Air Force, later attending the University of Tennessee and returned to New Hampshire almost 30 years ago. Pamela was employed in the insurance industry and joined USI-NE about 10 years ago, rising to the position of Vice President – Personal Lines. She was prominent in several industry associations and was a devout Catholic.
In addition to her parents, Pamela is survived by her husband, Kenneth R. LeBaron of Derry; her daughter, Tammy Miller of Bethlehem, NH; three grandchildren: Christine Miller, Amanda Miller, and Jace Scott; two sisters: Kim Farley of Keene and Linda Bouchard of Springfield, VT; a niece, Tonya Chartier of Burl, VT; and two nephews: Nicholas Farley of Burl and Joshua Chartier of Denver, CO.
There were no calling hours. Following cremation a Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday, June 23rd at 10 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Ave., Derry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry handled the arrangements.
