Ann Marie Personeni, 88, of E. Hampstead, NH, died on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH after a time of failing health. She was born on April 26, 1935, in Cambridge, MA. She was the daughter of Lewis and Isabelle (Reardon) MacRae. Ann had been a resident of E. Hampstead for the past year, formerly living in Sandown, NH for 46 years and Mattapan, MA prior. As one of the founding 10 members of the Sandown Rescue Squad, her love of helping others led her to pursue a nursing career as a registered nurse at the VA Hospital in Bedford, MA. Her love of dogs and cats was evident throughout her life as she enjoyed adopting and caring for many. Most summer weekends she enjoyed driving about and seeking out yard sales with close friends.
She is survived by her cousin Valerie Endrikat of Idaho, niece, Carol Stevens of Canterbury, NH, and many more nieces, nephews, and loving close friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen L. Personeni in 2000.
