Paul Arthur Nasson, age 89, of Somerville passed away on Friday, June 9th. A lifelong Somerville resident, he was the son of the late Arthur and Dorothy (Anastas) Nasson. Paul was the owner and operator of a produce delivery company. Family and faith were most important to him. Paul was a dedicated grandfather who loved attending any and all games and practices his grandchildren had.
Paul was the devoted father of Sandra McLaughlin and her husband Michael of Reading, and the late Karen Nasson. He was the loving grandfather of Samantha McLaughlin of Somerville and her partner Owen Robbins, and Matthew McLaughlin of Reading. Paul was the dear brother of the late Alexander Nasson and his late wife Ruth "Pat" Nasson, the late Phillip Nasson and his surviving wife Harriet, and the late Anthony Nasson and his late wife Bessie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Paul’s funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Friday, June 16th at 9:30 AM followed by and service in Saint George Albanian Orthodox Cathedral, South Boston, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family on Thursday, June 15th, from 4 through 7 PM. Funeral services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
