Elisabeth “Libby” (Arnold) Marshall, 95, of Danville, NH, died Tuesday June 13th at the Nevins Nursing Home, Methuen, MA.
She was born in Lawrence, MA, grew up and was educated in Salem, NH, and graduated from Woodbury High School. She was a resident of Danville for the past 22 years, formerly of Raymond, Windham, and Salem, NH.
Mrs. Marshall was a retired bookkeeper for Klev Brothers Shoe in Derry, NH. She had also worked for the Superintendent of Schools in Hudson, NH. She was a former member of the Pleasant Street United Methodist Church in Salem and the Windham Presbyterian Church in Windham, NH where she had directed the choir.
She loved music, playing the piano & organ, reading, crocheting and history. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She collected tea cups and teddy bears.
She was predeceased by her Husband Clifford Marshall
She is survived by 1 Daughter: Carol Dellow of Salem, NH
2 Grandchildren: Leanne & her Husband Deke Hollenbeck of Salem, NH
Donna & her Husband Tim Gyorda of Londonderry, NH
8 Great Grandchildren: Allycia, Chelsie, Angela, Dalton, Michelle, Emily, Arianna,
& Isabelle
Memorial visitation will be Friday from 3-6 PM followed by a memorial service at
6 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
Burial will be at a later date in Old Meetinghouse Cemetery, Danville, NH
