Formerly of Allston in Carver June 12, 2006. Beloved husband of Helen Elaine (MacPherson). Devoted father of John L. Cook of TX, Frederick E. Cook of Needham and Nancy R. Welsh of Carver. Brother of Margaret Pitts, Lorna Terp, Phyllis Moore, George, Kenneth and Lawrence Cook and the late Frederick and John Cook. Also survived by his grandchildren, Joshua, Kyle, Charles, Sam and Jake Cook and Matthew Welsh, great grandchild Patrick Connor Cook and many nieces and nephews.
