Donna passed peacefully in her home, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Donna always put her husband, family and loved ones above all else. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, auntie, and friend.
Donna was born in Portland Maine, she lived in various parts of Maine but settled in Biddeford until her passing.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Welch (aka “Jr” or “Papa”), daughter Donna Welch, parents Colleen Mccuen and Aiden Mccuen, brother Jack Foley, and sister Linda Brown.
She is survived by her children; daughter Kelly Welch, sons Clifford Welch III, David Welch, Travis Welch, and Thomas Welch.
As well as many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
Donna will be missed greatly by all whose lives she has touched. She was one of a kind, to be loved by her, was to be truly blessed.
A graveside service will be held at
Goodwin Mills Cemetery
