Darrell Ray Cox, 60, of Fort Wayne, died unexpectedly on May 27, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Darrell was born January 4, 1963 in Anderson, the son of Jerry and Nettie (Tutterrow) Cox.
He was a Sr. Industrial Construction Manager for 20 years.
He is survived by his mother, Nettie (Tutterrow) Cox, son, Joseph (Christina) Cox of Fortsmith, Arkansas, daughter, Baylee Cox of Anderson; sister, Denise (Greg) Venable of Michigan; four grandchildren, Tara, Tyler, Tarrin and Linkon; two nieces, Whitney and Abby.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry and grandson, Jagger.
Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Rick Jones of Cross Roads United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Special Olympics.
