Obituary

DAVIS, Kevin C., of Dedham formerly of West Roxbury passed away on May 24, 2023. Born in Boston on January 26, 1970, the devoted and loyal son of Edward J. (Ted) Davis Jr. and Dianne M. (Caulfield). Loving and proud father of Amanda, Christopher and Andrew Davis all of Dedham. Admired and loved brother to Timothy Davis of Braintree, Brian Davis (BFD) and his wife Laura of Hyde Park, Gregory Davis of Weymouth and Colleen Barthel and her husband Greg of Norton. Dear Uncle of Timothy Jr., Ryan, Lauren, Danielle, Briana, Patrick, Brendan and Liam. Kevin is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was also a beloved friend to so many. Kevin was a longtime Dedham Firefighter and proudly served his Country in the U.S. Navy. Kevin will always be remembered for his infectious smile that lit up a room. No matter who you were or how long Kevin knew you, he always made you feel loved and special with a heart larger than life.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours in the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre Street, West Roxbury on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services to begin at the funeral home on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in The Holy Name Church, West Roxbury at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
