Arthur J. Polimeno, of Phillipston, formerly of Medford, passed away on Tuesday, May 23rd. He was 64. Born and raised in Medford, he was the cherished son of Lorraine (DiTullio) English and the late Arthur C. Polimeno.
Arthur was a phenomenal cook and enjoyed a long prosperous career in the cooking industry. He was the chef at the Angler Fish Market and Chowder, in Westminster, and at the 99. When Arthur was not working he was gardening, fishing and spending time with his family.
Arthur was the dear brother of Denise Smith and her husband Joseph, Susan Cooney and her husband Michael, and Danny English. He was the loving stepfather of Kevin Guzman and his wife Carla, and Mitchell Guzman. Arthur is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Arthur’s family at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Friday, June 9th from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by a celebration of life at 12:30 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
