Obituary

Courtney Marie McNulty, 36, affectionately known as Court, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Mass General Hospital in Boston after complications from emergency surgery.

She was born in Methuen on February 22, 1987 and was a daughter of Karen A. (Monteiro) McNulty of Dracut and Michael McNulty of Dracut. She was raised and educated in Dracut, graduating from Dracut High School.

Court worked in the food service and hospitality industry for most of her life. She also lived in Fort Lauderdale, FL for many years.

In addition to her parents, Karen A. McNulty of Dracut and Michael McNulty and his wife, Elaine of Dracut; she is survived by her daughter, Ryleigh Marshall of Leominster; her sisters, Shannon McNulty and Stephanie McNulty, both of Dracut; her fiancé, David Desmarais of Leominster; and several nieces and nephews including Taylor, Christian, Mason, Noah, Lyla and Leo.

Court also leaves her aunts and uncles including, Maureen Lambert of Dracut, Kathleen Hayes and her husband, Wayne of CT, Michael Monetiro and his wife, Lisa of Dracut, Sharon Baroni and her husband, Brian of Billerica, and Dawna Monteiro of Dracut; aunt Hannah Desrochers and her husband, Leo of Dorchester, MA, aunt Eileen Hall and husband, Charlie of St. Petersburg, FL and several cousins and friends.

She was also the niece of the late Christine McNulty; granddaughter of the late Joyce Monteiro, the late Catherine Theresa McNulty, and the late Maurice McNulty.

On Thursday, May 25, 2023 all are welcome to attend her calling hours from 3-5 p.m. at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell, MA 978-458-6816.

Her funeral service will take place in the funeral home at 5 p.m. following the calling hours.
