Bridgewater- Gerald K. Rosenfield Jr., 57, of Bridgewater died Friday, June 9, 2006, at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Flora (Hasomeris) Rosenfield.
A lifelong resident of Bridgewater, he was the son of Constance (Malewicz) Rosenfield of Bridgewater and the late Gerald K. Rosenfield Sr., and was a 1966 graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham High School.
Mr. Rosenfield was a system analyst programmer for Cumberland Farms for the past 15 years.
He was a member of the King Masonic Lodge in Taunton, Asiaf Raiders, Classic Thunderbird Club of N.E., Classic Thunderbird Club International, Wheels of Time Car Club and South Shore Harley Owners Group.
Mr. Rosenfield was a past master of the Ezra Lodge in Taunton and enjoyed antiques, car shows, wood working, reading, motorcycling and antique cars.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his son, Gerald K. Rosenfield III of Janesville, Wis.; his twin brother, Joseph, and brother George Rosenfield of Bridgewater; his sister, Karen Howe of Sandwich. Also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 10 am Wednesday at Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
Visiting hours are Tuesday 4-8 pm.
