Deborah A. Taylor

Deborah A. Taylor, 71, of Summitville passed away at Anderson Community Hospital on May 12, 2023.
She was born on March 3, 1952 in Anderson, the daughter of Gilbert and Waneta (Flowers) Rigdon and was a life long area resident. Deborah worked at Guide Lamp for nine years. Primarily she was homemaker and enjoyed sewing, quilting, cross stitch, crocheting as well as camping and fishing. She was a cat lover and a member of the Moose Lodge.
Deborah is survived by her mother, Waneta Rigdon; daughter, Angie (Terry) McConnell; grandchildren, Caston, Izon (Alyssa), Kenley; great grandson, Leo Quinn; brother, Phillip Rigdon; several nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dannie Steven Taylor and her father, Gilbert Rigdon.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 12 noon at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or Animal Protection League.
